8. ¿CÓMO RECONSTRUIR LIBROS PERDIDOS, HURTADOS O DESTRUIDOS?
En los casos de pérdida, hurto o destrucción de un libro, deberá presentar a la Cámara de Comercio copia auténtica del denuncio correspondiente y cumplir con los requisitos exigidos para el registro del libro en los puntos 3 y 4
7. ¿CUÁNDO PROCEDE LA DESTRUCCIÓN POR LA CÁMARA DE LIBROS NO RECLAMADOS?
Transcurridos cuatro (4) meses de registrados los libros, si no han sido reclamados por el interesado, las Cámaras de Comercio tienen la facultad legal para destruirlos.
6. ¿CUÁNDO SE DEBE SOLICITAR EL REGISTRO DE LOS LIBROS?
Una vez la persona jurídica se encuentre inscrita en el respectivo registro de la Cámara de Comercio.

Los libros deben presentarse completamente en blanco. Las hojas deben estar numeradas en forma continua y sucesiva. Codificados, conforme el literal del punto anterior.
